Warranty Terms and Conditions:

Canadian Furniture Store stands behind the quality of our products and offers a comprehensive warranty. We warrant all our goods to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal usage for a period of twelve (12) months. If any part or product covered by this warranty, or any implied warranty, exhibits a defect, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace it at no cost to you.

Please note that our warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Damage resulting from abnormal use, abuse, or negligence.
  • Products that have not been properly maintained or have been modified.
  • Any indirect or consequential loss.

This warranty is applicable to the original purchaser and requires proof of purchase. To the extent permitted by law, all other warranties, whether express or implied, are excluded. For warranty claims, the goods must be returned to us in their original packaging at your expense for inspection and assessment. This warranty is valid in Canada only and is non-transferrable. 

Additionally, please be aware that this warranty does not apply to commercial use, and it becomes void if the original purchase changes ownership.
