Canadian Furniture Store Inc. warrants that your product is delivered without any material defects.
To make a claim under this product warranty, it must be submitted to Canadian Furniture Store within twelve (12) months from the date of delivery. Additionally, you must provide a copy of the original invoice and a copy of this product warranty.
The validity of this product warranty is contingent on the product being maintained and cared for in accordance with the relevant care instructions (refer to the care instructions section for details).
This product warranty is non-transferable and is limited to the original purchaser as specified in the original invoice at the initial delivery address.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Canadian Furniture Store is not held liable, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), under any statute, or otherwise, for or in respect of:

c) Damage caused by spills like acid, solvents, dyes, corrosive materials, ink, paint, or human and animal bodily fluids.
d) Damage due to improper cleaning, negligence, treating the product with chemicals, exposing it to sunlight, extreme heat, or bright lighting, such as lamps, or any other damage resulting from your actions or omissions. This includes the cost of transporting the product to and from the specified place for repair or replacement.
e) The cost associated with transporting the product to and from the specified place for repair or replacement.
You acknowledge and agree that the product is upholstered by hand, and as a result, minor variations in size and weight of up to 5% from the sample product or any quoted product specifications may occur.
While Canadian Furniture Store strives to accurately represent colour samples online, differences between leather batches, our photography, your monitor or viewing device, and your colour perception can lead to variations.
